Objective To observe the application effect of intelligent nursing in the postoperative rehabilitation of middle-aged and elderly patients with artificial femoral head replacement.
Methods A total of 180 middle-aged and elderly patients with artificial femoral head replacement were divided into experimental group (n=90) and routine group (n=90) according to postoperative nursing methods. The patients in the experimental group were given the scheme of postoperative intelligent nursing intervention, while the patients in the control group were given the scheme of routine nursing intervention. The Harris score of hip joint, the nursing quality of deep venous thrombosis (DVT), the score of quality of life, the incidence of complications and satisfaction degree were compared between the two groups.
Results After nursing, the Harris score of hip joint, nursing quality of DVT, score of quality of life, incidence of complications and satisfaction degree in the patients of the experimental group were significantly better than those in the control group (P < 0.05 or P < 0.01).
Conclusion Intelligent nursing mode has a good effect in the postoperative rehabilitation of middle-aged and elderly patients with artificial femoral head replacement, which can effectively improve the management quality of nursing work, reduce the incidence of postoperative complications, improve the quality of life of patients and increase the nursing satisfaction degree of patients.
