Abstract
Living kidney transplantation with ABO blood type mismatch is currently a routine method for expanding the living donor unit. Although there have been many reports of complications such as rejection and infection after kidney transplantation, with the development of immunosuppressive regimens and desensitization therapy, the survival rates of kidney grafts and patients have been increased to varying degrees. This paper explored the process of diagnosis and treatment for living kidney transplantation with ABO blood type mismatch in one case, and combined the characteristics and specific circumstances of this case to provide refined nursing for the patient.
