OBSERVATION OF THERAPEUTIC EFFECTIVENESS OF 30 CASES OF ECTOPIC PREGNANCY WITH THE CONSERVATIVE TREATMENT OF MIFEPRISTONE

30 cases of early ectopic pregnancy were treated withMifepristone. The result showed that its curative ratio was 76. 67% and there was no obvious difference compared with the control group of MTX (P0. 05). The therapeutic effectiveness of Mifepristone was decreased with the increase of level of β-HCG before treatment. The increase of total dosage of Mifepristonefailed to raise the curative radio.The therapeutic effectiveness of conservative treatment of early ectopic pregnancy was not so good.
