TRITURATION AND CLINICAL APPLICATION OF MESIAL TEMPORAL SUBDURAL ELECTRODE

The authors have desiged and made a mesial temporal subdural eletrede for localizingthe mesial temporal epileptic focus, and have got good results. The mesial temporal subdural electrode hadalready been used in 2 cases of temporal epliepsy clinical1y. If they were used in combination with lateraltemporal subdural strip electrode, c0mprehensive understanding of the foeus distribution throughout thetemporal Lobes could be possible without depth electrodes.
