Our study proved that the medical herbs, which are Guizhi Fuling pill adding Chuanx iong and Zexie, could improve changes of brain's ultrastructure in ischemie rats and relieved cerebral edema in ischmeia and repaired injury of cerebral cells In the groups which were treated by medical herbs,pyrami dal cell ahd colloid cell of cerebellar cortex recovered better. in which there was nucleus-membrane of integrity. In cell-substrance, there were plentiful golgiosomes, chondriosomes, RERs, glycogens and so on. Swell of projecting in perivascular colloid cells took a turn for the better.
