EXPERIMENT OF TREATMENT OF HEMORRHAGE FEVER OF RENAL SYNDROME WITH PURIFIED IFN-α

Thirty cases of hemorrhnge fever of renal syndrome (HFRS) treated with purified human IFN - a from Dec., 1991 to Dec., 1992 were compared with the control group. The result demonstrated that urine proteins platelet, BUN, Cr returned to normal rapider than the control group significantly (P 0. 05). The percentage of getting over hypotension and oliguria phase was significantlyhigher than the control group (P 0. 05). Therefore we think that IFN - α may promote the renal function recovery of HFRS, rising platelet, preventing ill standia, increasing advert phase rates.
