Abstract
To probe the probability and mechanism on therapy of rnagnet icp ingyangmycine - bear -ing microspheres(MPMS) for cavernous hemanioma. Metheds: MPMS was prepared by a medified c01d -condensation methed, and ultraviolet and atomic absorption sPectromtry was used to measure the contentsof MPMS. MPMS, pingyangmycine, and NS were injected into marginal ear veins respectively under thecondition of extemally applied magnetic field and histological Varations of the veins were observed underlight and electron microscope after 28d. Results: The microspheres are spherical with the diameter of 4. 74~66. 33μpm and good decentralizationl. The PYM content in MPMS was 3. 8% and Fe_3O_411. 7%.Demages of vessel walls to dihaent extent were discovred by MPMS, magnetic nonpingymycine -bearing microspheres, Pingyangmycine, and the former present the most prominent. Conclusions: MPMS, consisting of proper contents, may be a better sclerosy agent for cavernous hemangioma.
