Abstract
Objective:To abserve the hemodynamics and respiratory changes of patients undergoing thoracicoscopic operation.Method:29 patients were divided into two groups:sevoflurance(SG,n=16) and enflurance (EG,n=12)anesthesia groups.Hemodynamic(HR,MAP,S,D,VET,TFI,EVI,CVRI,LVWI)and respiratory(SPO 2.P ET CO 2)parameters were measured during the operation.Result:In EA group,MAP,CI,VET,TFI,and EVI reduced signicantly after operation(p0 05).In SE group,MAP,S,D decreased slightly at the beginning of operation, while other parameters remained relatively stable. The changes in hemodynamic paramenters were more obviously in group AE than those in SE group(p0 05).The awakening time was shorter in group SE than that in AE group(p0 05).Conclusion:Sevoflurance anesthesia can rovide stable changes of hemodynamic parameters annd be safely applied to the ASA Ⅰ~Ⅲ patients undergoing thoracicoscopic operation.
