Abstract
Objective:To study the relationship between the soluble Intenleukin-2 receptor(sIL-2)serum levels and the process and prognosis of the patients with non-small cell Lung carcinoma(NSCLC).Methods:The sIL-2 serum levels of 50 patients in NSCLC were measured with enzyme immunoassay before surgery and 10 and 30 days after surgery.Result:The sIL-2R serum levels of patients with NSCLC more were significantly enhanced than those of controls( P 0 001). There was a period of immune suppression after surgery. The sIL-2R serum levels of patients with recurrence were significantly enhanced than those of patients without recurrence( P 0 001). The period of immunsuppression in patients with recurrence was longer than that of without recurrence. Conclusions:The changes of sIL-2R serum levels are closely related to the prognosis of patients with NSCLC.
