CLINICAL OBSERVATION TO TREATING SEVERITY ASTHMA WITH PEEP

Objective:To observe the therapeutical action in severity asthma with PEEP. Methods:By observing the effect of airway pression and PaO 2, PaCO 2, to define therapeutical action with PEEP in patients of severity asthma.Results:Decompensation was clearly straightened, the airway pression declined remarkably( P 0 01), PEEP increased in the range of 1 37kPa and 1 96kPa, the symptom was more straightened, PaO 2 increased and PaCO 2 decreased. Conclusion:PEEP was one of the effective methods to treat the severity asthma.
