OBSERVING THE CLINICAL EFFECT OF LAMIVUDINE TREATMENT IN 13 CASES OF CIRRHOSIS AFTER HEPATITIS B

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Lamivudine treatment in cirrhosis after hepatitis B.Methods:To observe the effect after the 13 cases received Lamivudine continuously for 6 months.Result:After 6 months treatment HBV DNA response rate was 75%,and the ALT nornalization rate was 77%.Improved symptom could be obtained in early stage of cirrhosis,but wasnt evident in advanced stage. Conclusion:The good clinical effect of Lamivudine treatment in early stage of cirrhosis could be obtained with safety. Lamivudine should be applied popularizely in treatment in the early stage of cirrhosis. The patient of advanced stage with Lamivudine should be closely observed.
