Objective:Giving insulin to control high blood sugar of the severe sufferers with exact pump, in order to improve the survival rate.Methods:62 cases of the serve sufferers with high blood sugar, asa treatment group, were injected insulin with exact pump. 62 cases without high blood sugar were as the control group. Results:Insulin can control all high blood sugar with exact pump the survival rate was found in the two groups without significant difference.Conclusion:To give insulin with exact pump can keep target value of blood sugar in the treatment group and ensure nutrition and pharmaceutical treatment of the sever sufferers.
