THE DIAGNOSTIC VALUE OF COLOR KINESIS DOBUTAMINE STRESS ECHOCARDOGRAPHY IN CORONARY HEART DISEASE

Objective:To evaluate the diagnostic value of Color Kinesis-Dobutamine Stress Echocardiography (CK-DSE) in coronary heart disease(CHD). Methods:By the standard of coronary angiography,CK-DSE was used to detect 50 cases suspected with CHD.Results:The sensitivity, specificity ,accuracy and positive and negative predictive values of CK-DSE diagnosing CHD were 92 6%,78 3%, 86%,83 3% and 94 2%.Conclusions:CK-DSE diagnosing CHD is safe, accurate and reliable.
