EXPERIMENT AND CLINIC STUDY OF OINTMENT NO.Ⅰ FOR TREATING INJURY IN TREATMENT OF ACUTE SOFT TISSUE INJURY

Objective:To observe the curative effect and mechanism of action of ointment NO.I for treating injury to acute soft injury.Methods:①Experimental study:To observate the effect of dimethylbenzene to the degree of rat auricle swell,and hot-plate method to the ache of rats with Anti-bruise powder for comparision.②Clinicle Study:With anti-bruise powder for comparision,to grade the painful tumefaction and dysfunction and other main sympton that are initiated by acute soft injury.Results:①The ointment has anti-inflammatory action to the acute inflammation of rat auricle swell that is made by dimethylbenzene and has easepain action for the ache made by hot-plate method.There is a marked difference compared with the control group.(P0 05) ②There is an extramarked difference between the dinicle effective rate and that of the control group(P0 01);In grades,the therapeutic group is better than the control group in easepain,detumescence and improving function of joint.Conclusion:Ointment NO.Ⅰ for treating injury has anti-inflammatory action and easepain action and marked clinicle curative effect for acute soft tissue injury.
