EXPERIMENTAL STUDY OF PHARMACODYMICS ON SERIES ARTHRATION SYNDROME CAPSULE

Objective:To explore the mechanism of pharmacological action on series arthration-syndrome capsules.Methods:To observe individuatly the effects of series arthration-syndrome capsule on the model rats in acute and chronic inflamations and in the analgesia actions on the mice and in the capillaries permeability and in the turgescent degrees of aurides have been observed individually.And then to heve the capsule's toxicity test.Resuts:The series arthration-syndrome capsules have obvious anti-inflammation on acute-and-chronic inflammatory diseases.The large dose groups of the anti-inflammation for the arthration -syndrome I are different significantly from aspirin groups(P0 05);It also has good analgesia action.The high dose groups of the arthration-syndromeⅠ and Ⅱ are more different from aspirin groups(P0 05);The series arthration-syndrome capsules could lower the capillaries permeability distinctly;the toxicity of the arthration-syndrome capsule I is distinct lower than nux-vomica seed alkali.Conclusion:The series arthration-syndrome capsules have distinct anti-inflammation and analgesia action on loboratory rats.Its safe coefficient is higher than nux-vomica seed alkali.It is a kind of ideal drugs on treating prolapse of lumber intervertebral disc.
