EXPERIMENTAL STUDY OF ANALGESIC EFFECT ON HAMSTER WITH ZHENTONG JIAONANG AND ITS MECHANISM

Objective:To inquire into the analgesic effect on hamster with ZHENTONG JIAONANG (pain-alleviated capsule) and its mechanism. Method:Tail flick test was used to determinate pain thresholds of hamster.Results: ①ZHENTONG JIAONANG could raise thresholds of hamster dependently by method of tail flick test;②Naloxone could partly bend back analgesic effect of ZHENTONG JIAONANG.Conclusion:ZHENTONG JIAONANG has the analgesic effect which is probably related to opium receptor.
