Abstract: Objective To study the application effect of refined nursing for cesarean section patients simultaneously operated myomectomy.Methods A total of 50 cases with cesarean section simultaneously operated myomectomy in our hospital were divided into study group and control group according to random number table method,with 25 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing and the study group was given refined care,nursing satisfaction and recovery of the two groups were compared.Results Nursing satisfaction of the study group was 96.0％ (24/25),significantly higher than that of 80％ (20/25) in the control group,the difference was statistically significant (P ＜ 0.05).Anal exhaust,lochia time,hospitalization time and recovery time of temperature in the study group were significantly shorter than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion Refined nursing applied in cesarean section patients has good nursing effect,and it is conducive to the rehabilitation of patients after surgery.
