摘要:
目的 探讨精细化护理在剖宫产术同时行子宫肌瘤剔除术患者中的应用效果.方法 选取50例剖宫产同时行子宫肌瘤剔除术的患者,按照随机数字表法分为研究组和对照组各25例,对照组采用常规护理,研究组采用精细化护理,比较2组护理满意度和恢复情况.结果 研究组护理满意度96.0％(24/25)显著高于对照组的80.0％ (20/25),差异具有统计学意义(P＜0.05);研究组肛门排气、恶露干净、住院时间以及体温转复时间均显著短于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论 精细化护理应用于剖宫产术同时行子宫肌瘤剔除术患者具有较好的护理效果,有利于术后康复.
Abstract:
Objective To study the application effect of refined nursing for cesarean section patients simultaneously operated myomectomy.Methods A total of 50 cases with cesarean section simultaneously operated myomectomy in our hospital were divided into study group and control group according to random number table method,with 25 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing and the study group was given refined care,nursing satisfaction and recovery of the two groups were compared.Results Nursing satisfaction of the study group was 96.0％ (24/25),significantly higher than that of 80％ (20/25) in the control group,the difference was statistically significant (P ＜ 0.05).Anal exhaust,lochia time,hospitalization time and recovery time of temperature in the study group were significantly shorter than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion Refined nursing applied in cesarean section patients has good nursing effect,and it is conducive to the rehabilitation of patients after surgery.
