Abstract:
Objective To observe effect of rivaroxaban in preventing formation of deep venous thrombosis(DVT)after laparoscopic surgery.
Methods A total of 60 patients in general surgery department were selected as research objects, and were divided into control group and study group according to random throwing method. The control group(
n=30)was given low molecular weight heparin sodium treatment, and the study group(
n=30)was given rivaroxaban. The incidence of DVT, D-dimer, fibrinogen degradation product(FDP), thrombin indexes[activated partial thromboplastin time(APTT), prothrombin time(PT)and fibrinogen(FIB)], tissue-type plasminogen activator(t-PA), plasminogen activator inhibitor-1(PAI-1)levels before and after surgery were compared.
Results The incidence of DVT in the study group was lower than that in the control group, but there was no significant difference in comparison(
P>0.05). There were no significant differences in the preoperative D-dimer level and FDP level between the two groups(
P>0.05), D-dimer level and FDP level in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group(
P<0.05). There were no significant differences in the levels of APTT, PT, and FIB, t-PA and PAI-1 between the two groups before surgery(
P>0.05). The APTT, PT, FIB and t-PA levels at 24 h after operation were significantly higher than those in the control group, and PAI-1 level was significantly lower than that in the control group(
P>0.05).
Conclusion Rivaroxaban can reduce the risk of DVT formation after laparoscopic surgery in general surgery department and improve coagulation indicators.
