  • Objective To investigate the application effect of evidence-based nursing in gastric ulcer patients.Methods 80 gastric ulcer patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group with 40 patients in each group.The control group was received routine nursing while the observation group was given evidence-based nursing.Health knowledge,treat-ment effect,life quality and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results Rate of health knowledge awareness,treatment compliance,the total effective rate and nursing sat-isfaction in the observation group was higher than that in the control group.Thus,the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05).The difference was statistical significance since life quality in mental status,appetite and sleep in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group (P <0.05).Conclusion The evidence-based nursing has an important role in the treatment of gastric ulcer,and it can enhance the cognition and treatment effect of patients and improve the life quality.
