  • Objective To study application effect of perioperative high quality nursing intervention (HQC) for mitral valve replacement (MVR) surgery patients.Methods A total of 80 patients with mitral valve replacement surgery were randomly divided into 2 groups in accordance with digital principle,the control group (n =40) was given conventional nursing and observation group (n =40)was given high quality nursing service,mastery of disease knowledge,length of hospital stay,nursing satisfaction,complications,and mortality were observed.Results The observation group had higher mastery of the knowledge of disease,and less length of hospital stay than the control group,the nursing satisfaction was higher and complication rate was lower than the control group (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion Perioperative high quality nursing intervention for mitral valve replacement surgery can reduce recovery time,improve the understanding of disease,nursing quality and safety,and therefore it deserves popularization.
