Correlation analysis of clinical nursing pathway and prognosis of patients with myocardial infarction

More Information
  • Objective To study the correlation between clinical nursing pathway and prognosis of patients with myocardial infarction. Methods A total of 137 myocardial infarction patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group, the observation group with 69 patients was given clinical nursing and 68 patients in the control group were given conventional nursing. The prognosis, mastery degree of health knowledge, adverse emotion, bed time, hospitalization time and medical expenses were compared. Results The observation group had lower incidence of angina, heart failure, arrhythmia and cardiogenic shock than the control group (P < 0.05).Recurrence and mortality rate of myocardial infarction were significantly higher than the control group (P < 0.05).Qualified rate of health knowledge in medication, disease, diet and exercise were better than the control group (P < 0.05);Bad mood occurrence in tension, anxiety and fear was lower than that in the controls (P < 0.05).Bed time and hospitalization time in the observation group was significantly less, and medical cost was lower than that in the control group (P < 0.05).Conclusion Clinical nursing pathway has better prognosis, lower recurrence rate and mortality, and less hospital time.
