Abstract
Objective To explore the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on perioperative treatment and prognosis of patients with acute brain injury. Methods A total of 122 patients with acute brain injury in our hospital were selected as the research objects, and were divided into the comprehensive nursing group (n =68) and the routine nursing group (n =54) according to hospital admission, given comprehensive nursing intervention and routine nursing intervention, respectively.During the perioperative period, the effect and prognosis of the two groups were compared. Results The rescue time and hospital stay in comprehensive nursing group were lower than that in routine nursing group, and the mortality rate of the comprehensive nursing group (1.47 %) was lower than that of the conventional nursing group (9.26%),and the differences were statistically significant (P < 0.05).After nursing intervention, the NIHSS score of the comprehensive nursing group was lower than that of the conventional nursing group, the GCS score,FMA score and Barthel index were significantly higher than that of the conventional nursing group (P < 0.05).The incidence of complications in the comprehensive nursing group was 8.82%,which was significantly lower than 24.07% of the routine nursing group, and there was statistical significant difference (P < 0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive nursing intervention can improve the rescue effect of acute cerebral trauma, significantly improve the neurocognitive function, limb motor function and activities of daily living (ADL),and decrease complication rate,so it is worth in clinical practice.
