Objective To analyze the best surgical Methodfor type Ⅱcesarean scar pregnancy.
Methods Totally 120 patients with type Ⅱcesarean scar pregnancy were selected and divided into group A (n=60) and group B (n=60) according to different surgical Methods. Patients in group A underwent hysteroscopy-laparoscopic lesionectomy for cesarean scar pregnancy plus repair of uterus, while patients in group B underwent hysteroscopic lesionectomy for cesarean scar pregnancy. The surgical effect of the two groups was compared.
Results The operation time, intra-operative bleeding volume and secondary operation rate of group A were significantly lower than those of group B, and the success rate of operation was significantly higher than that of group B (P < 0.05). There were no significant differences in recovery time and incidence rate of complications between the two groups (P>0.05).
Conclusion Hysteroscopy-laparoscopic lesionectomy for cesarean scar pregnancy plus repair of uterus is effective in treating patients with type Ⅱcesarean scar pregnancy.
