Objective To evaluate the value of high frequency ultrasonography combined with doppler ultrasonography in the diagnosis of benign gallbladder polypoid lesions.
Methods The clinical data of 100 patients with gallbladder polypoid lesions in our hospital were retrospectively analyzed, and preoperative high-frequency ultrasound and color doppler ultrasound were performed. Diagnostic efficacy of high frequency ultrasound and color doppler ultrasound were evaluated taking surgical pathology Results as standard.
Results The diagnostic sensitivity, specificity and accuracy of high-frequency ultrasound combined with doppler ultrasound were 93.68%, 60.00% and 92.00%, respectively; in the benign polypoid lesions of the gallbladder examined by high-frequency ultrasound and doppler ultrasound, the proportions of cluster-like, papillary or mulber-like lesions were higher than that of broader base, pedicle or narrow base (P < 0.05); the proportion of hyperechoic polyps was higher than that of slightly hyperechoic, isoechoicand hyperechoic polyps(P < 0.05); the proportion of single polyp was higher than that of multiple polyps (P < 0.05).
Conclusion High frequency ultrasonography combined with doppler ultrasonography has high sensitivity, specificity and accuracy in the diagnosis of benign gallbladder polypoid lesions.
