  •   Objective  To compare the efficiency between fomentation with traditional Chinese drugs and fumigation with traditional Chinese drugs in nursing of patients with non-ischemic diabetic foot gangrene (tendon gangrene).
      Methods  Totally 160 patients with diabetic tendon gangrene were selected and randomly divided into fomentation group and fumigation group, given fomentation therapy and fumigation therapy respectively on the basis of traditional Chinese drugs. The total effective rate, compliance rate and satisfaction degree of the two groups were compared.
      Results  There was no significant difference in the total effective rate between the two groups (P>0.05), but the compliance rate and the number of satisfied patients in the fumigation group were significantly better than those in the fomentation group (P < 0.05).
      Conclusion  Compared with fomentation with traditional Chinese drugs, fumigation with traditional Chinese drugs is more safe, scientific, simple and easy for patients.
