  • Objective To observe the effect of Baogong Zhixue Granules on persistent vaginal bleeding after drug-induced abortion. Methods Totally 120 patients with persistent vaginal bleeding after drug-induced abortion were selected and divided into treatment group and routine group, with 60 cases in each group. The routine group was given misoprostol, and the treatment group was given Baogong Zhixue Granules for oral administration on the basis of the routine group. The indexes after treatment were compared between the two groups. Results After treatment, the total effective rate in the treatment group was 95.00%, which was significantly higher than 81.67% in the routine group(P<0.05). Compared with the routine group, the serum progesterone(P)and human chorionic gonadotropin(HCG)levels in the treatment group were significantly lower(P<0.05). The excretion time of residual tissue in the treatment group was significantly shorter than that in the routine group(P<0.05). Improvement of persistent vaginal bleeding in the treatment group was significantly better than that in the routine group(P<0.05). Conclusion Baogong Zhixue Granules is effective in treating patients with persistent vaginal bleeding after drug-induced abortion, which can accelerate the excretion of residual tissues in the uterine cavity and repair the endometrium.
