Objective To observe the application effect of standardized nursing in internal fixation of femoral neck with cannulated screws assisted by Tianji orthopedic robot.
Methods A total of 48 patients with femoral neck fracture from January 2020 to December 2021 were selected as control group, and 51 patients with femoral neck fracture from January to June 2022 were selected as experimental group. Completion time of surgery, accident incidence rate of intraoperative robot use and doctor′s satisfaction degree were compared between two groups.
Results The average operation time of the experimental group was (75.67±6.88) minutes, which was shorter than (98.83±7.39) minutes of the control group (t=16.159, P < 0.001). The accident incidence rate of robot use in the experimental group was 3.9% (2/51), which was significantly lower than the 16.7% (8/48) in the control group (χ2=4.423, P=0.035). In the experimental group, scores of surgical item preparation, surgical coordination and robot equipment preparation as well as total score were significantly higher than those in the control group (P < 0.01).
Conclusion Standardized nursing for internal fixation of femoral neck with cannulated screws assisted by Tianji orthopedic robot can standardize the nursing behavior of nurses in operation room and improve surgical efficiency.
