Abstract
Objective To study the application effect of nursing intervention on rehabilitation efficacy and self-care function for patients with total hip replacement. Methods A total of 98 patients with total hip replacement in our hospital were randomly divided into experimental and control groups, with 49 patients in each group. The experimental group applied nursing intervention and control group used conventional methods.Incidence of complications after the operation, the recovery condition after 3 months, the rate of self-care after half year and hip joint recovery after one year follow-up were compared. Results Incidence of complications in the experimental group was lower, and rate of recovery was higher, the rate of self-care after half a year was better than the control group (P < 0.05).After 1 year follow-up,hip joint recovery was much better than that of control group. Conclusion Rehabilitation nursing intervention can not only greatly shorten bedridden time of patients, but also stabilize disease condition, and reduce the incidence of complication. At the same time,it can help patients to recover early, and reduce the financial burden.
