  •   Objective  To explore the levels of hematuria amylase, inflammatory factors and antioxidant capacity in acute pancreatitis and their correlations.
      Methods  A total of 40 patients with severe acute pancreatitis admitted to our hospital were selected as observation group and 40 patients with physical examination admitted to our hospital during the same period were selected as control group. The levels of blood amylase and urine amylase in the two groups were compared, the changes of inflammatory factor level and antioxidant capacity in the two groups were analyzed, and the correlation between blood amylase and changes of urine amylase, high-sensitivity C reactive protein (hs-CRP) and malondialdehyde(MDA) was analyzed, and the sensitivity and specificity of blood amylase, urine amylase and hs-CRP in diagnosing severe acute pancreatitis were calculated.
      Results  The levels of blood amylase, urine amylase, and the levels of hs-CRP, interleukin (IL-6) and MDA in the observation group were significantly higher, and level of superoxide dismutase (SOD) was lower than those in the control group(P < 0.05). The level of blood amylase was positively correlated with levels of urine amylase, hs-CRP and MDA(P < 0.05). The blood amylase, urine amylase and hs-CRP were 96.7%, 96.2% and 96.4%, respectively, in diagnostic sensitivity and were 90.0%, 92.9% and 91.7%, respectively, in the specificity.
      Conclusion  Acute severe pancreatitis patients may occur obvious elevated levels of blood and urine amylase as well as inflammatory indicators and decreased antioxidant capacity. The detection of blood amylase, urine amylase and inflammatory factors has higher diagnostic sensitivity and specificity.
