Abstract
Rhythm control is an important part of the clinical treatment for atrial fibrillation, and the effectiveness of drugs to maintain rhythm control is low in the past. At present, radiofrequency ablation of atrial fibrillation based on circumferential pulmonary vein isolation has become the main scheme, so the standardized perioperative nursing for patients with atrial fibrillation can directly affect the effect of surgical treatment. This study retrospectively analyzed the nursing data of patients with atrial fibrillation treated by radiofrequency ablation in recent 5 years, and discussed the perioperative nursing strategies to ensure the success rate of radiofrequency ablation and reduce the incidence of complications.
