Abstract

This article reviewed the literatures on current status, evaluation methods and influencing factors of compliance of anticoagulation therapy in patients with major orthopedic surgery, and proposed interventions for improving compliance of anticoagulation therapy in patients with major orthopedic surgery, in order to provide reference for researches and nursing practice in the management of compliance of anticoagulation therapy in patients with major orthopedic surgery.
