Parkinson's disease is one of the common neurodegenerative diseases in clinic, and has increased incidence and disability rates year by year. The advantages of TCM treatment for PD are remarkable. Due to classification (tremor type and rigidity type) and staging (early stage, middle stage and late stage) of PD are different, TCM syndromes are also different. We put forward that syndrome of stirring wind due to yin deficiency and syndrome of yang deficiency and blood stasis are respectively the core syndrome of tremor type and rigidity type in Parkinson's disease. According to clinical researches, diagnostic criteria of TCM and western medicine and specialist consensus, we have established the criteria of diagnosis and effect evaluation on syndrome of stirring wind due to yin deficiency and syndrome of yang deficiency and blood stasis in Parkinson's disease, which may contribute to the standardization study of Parkinson's disease and TCM syndrome.
To detect the methylation status of Septin 9 in the peripheral blood of patients with colorectal cancer (CRC) and analyze the relationship between the methylation of Septin 9 and CRC.
A total of 120 patients with CRC were selected as research objects, and the relationship between the methylation status of Septin 9 in the peripheral blood and the medical materials was analyzed; the serum exosomes isolated from patients with CRC and healthy people were used to treat the CRC cells, and the proliferation and apoptosis of CRC cells were detected.
A total of 1 586 people with health examinations were screened for Septin 9, and 56 of whom were positive for methylation of Septin 9, with a positive rate of 3.5%. Among patients with Septin 9 positive, there were 20 cases (35.7%) with abnormal gastrointestinal status (gastrointestinal inflammation or polyps), while only 5.4% (83/1 530) of patients with Septin 9 negative had abnormal gastrointestinal status, which indicated that the methylation status of Septin 9 in the peripheral blood was closely related to the gastrointestinal status. Among 120 CRC patients, the positive rate of methylation of Septin 9 was 78.4% (73/93); in the comparison of different differentiation degrees, the positive rates of Septin 9 methylation in patients with highly differentiated, moderately differentiated and poorly differentiated CRC were 52.6% (10/19), 79.7% (59/74) and 88.9% (24/27) respectively, and the positive rate of Septin 9 methylation in peripheral blood of patients with poorly differentiated CRC was significantly higher than that of patients with highly differentiated CRC (P=0.006). The sensitivity and specificity of Septin 9 methylation in the peripheral blood were 72.3% and 92.5% respectively. Western blot results showed that the expression of Septin 9 in the exosomes of CRC patients was significantly lower than that in the normal people, while the methylation level of Septin 9 in the exosomes was significantly higher than that in the healthy people (P=0.009, 0.003). The results of this study showed that serum exosomes of CRC patients could significantly promote cell proliferation and inhibit cell apoptosis (P < 0.05 or P < 0.01).
Septin 9 can be used as a marker for early screening of CRC, and the mechanism of Septin 9 may be the proliferation and apoptosis resistance of CRC induced by serum exosomes in patients with CRC.
To compare the value between multi-slice spiral computed tomography (MSCT) and gadolinium diethylenetriamine pentaacetic acid (Gd-DTPA) enhanced magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) in the follow-up of primary hepatic cancer (PHC) after transcatheter hepatic arterial chemoembolization (TACE).
A total of 106 patients with PHC were selected. The accuracy, sensitivity and specificity of MSCT and Gd-DTPA enhanced MRI in the diagnosis of tumor residue and recurrence were compared based on the results of digital subtraction angiography (DSA).
There were 146 lesions in 106 patients before operation, 43 of which had residual tumors, and the accuracy, sensitivity and specificity of MSCT in diagnosing residual tumor were 86.30%, 81.40% and 88.35% respectively, which were significantly lower than 95.89%, 95.35% and 96.12% of Gd-DTPA enhanced MRI (P < 0.05); a total of 37 lesions had recurrence, and the accuracy, sensitivity and specificity of MSCT in diagnosing tumor recurrence were 88.36%, 80.56% and 90.91% respectively, which were significantly lower than 97.26%, 97.22% and 97.27% of Gd-DTPA enhanced MRI (P < 0.05).
Gd-DTPA enhanced MRI is superior to MSCT in the diagnosis of tumor residue and recurrence after TACE in patients with PHC.
To investigate the correlations of Helicobacter pylori (Hp) and its related gastric mucosal lesions with colorectal neoplasms.
A total of 1 188 patients with rapid urease detection by gastroenteroscopy and gastric mucosal biopsy at the same time in the Huizhou City Central People's Hospital from November 2019 to October 2020 were enrolled, and they were divided into colorectal neoplasia group with 439 cases and control group with 749 cases according to pathological results. The location, size, the number, pathological classification and severity of neoplasms in patients with colorectal neoplasms were collected, the condition of Hp infection was compared between two groups by Chi-square test, Pearson test and Logistic regression model, and the relationship between Hp related gastric mucosal lesions and colorectal neoplasms was analyzed.
Chi-square test and Pearson analysis suggested that Hp infection was related to the occurrence of colorectal neoplasms; the Logistic regression analysis and adjustment for age and gender indicated that Hp infection was an important facilitating factor of colorectal adenoma and adenocarcinoma (OR=1.924, 2.045). In 439 patients with colorectal neoplasms, there were significant differences in the number and size of adenomas for Hp infection (P < 0.05). Different Hp related gastric mucosal lesions (chronic gastritis, gastric hyperplastic lesions, and gastric neoplastic lesions) were associated with the occurrence of colorectal adenoma (P < 0.05).
Hp infection is a risk factor for colorectal neoplasms, and patients with Hp infection and gastric mucosal lesions are more likely to develop multiple adenomas of colon.
To explore the expression of uncoupling protein-2 (UCP2) in colorectal cancer tissues and its relationships with clinicopathological features and prognosis, and to clarify the influencing factors of prognosis of patients.
A total of 160 patients with colorectal cancer who underwent radical resection from January 2018 to January 2020 were selected as study subjects. UCP2 expression levels were measured by immunohistochemistry (SP) in the excised and adjacent tissues, and the difference of UCP2 expression between the cancerous tissues and adjacent tissues was compared. The overall survival rate and disease-free survival rate of colorectal cancer patients with different UCP2 expressions were compared at 1-year follow-up. Univariate analysis was used to investigate the relationship between UCP2 protein expression and prognosis of patients. Multivariate Logistic regression model was used to analyze the influencing factors for prognosis of patients with colorectal cancer.
UCP2 expression level in cancer tissues was higher than that in adjacent tissues (P < 0.01); the UCP2 positive expression levels in cancer tissues of TNM stage Ⅲ, lymph node metastasis and poorly differentiated patients were higher than those of other patients (P < 0.01); the 1-year overall survival rate and disease-free survival rate of UCP2 positive expression patients were lower than those of negative expression patients (P < 0.05); univariate analysis showed that 1-year survival rates of colorectal cancer patients with different degrees of tumordifferentiation, TNM staging, lymph node metastasis and UCP2 expressions showed statistically significant differences(P < 0.05); the independent risk factors for patients with colorectal cancer included tumor differentiation (low differentiation), TNM staging (stage Ⅲ), UCP2 positive expression, lymph node metastasis (P < 0.05).
High UCP2 expression of colorectal cancer patients is closely related to the clinicopathological characteristics and prognosis, and it also proves that the patients with colorectal cancer have poor prognosis.
To investigate the risk factors for submucosal invasive carcinoma developed by colorectal laterally spreading tumor of granular type(LST-G).
A total of 320 patients with colorectal LST-G admitted to the Department of Gastroenterology were retrospectively selected as study subjects, all of them underwent endoscopic submucosal dissection (ESD). According to the postoperative pathological results, the patients were divided into submucosal invasive carcinoma group (36 cases) and non-occurrence of submucosal invasive carcinoma group (284 cases). General data and pathological characteristics of the two groups were compared, and multivariate Logistic regression analysis was used to explore the risk factors of submucosal invasive carcinoma developed by colorectal LST-G. Receiver operating characteristic (ROC) curve was drawn; the area under the curve (AUC) was calculated. The diagnostic efficacy of the lesion diameter and maximum nodule diameter combined with location of the lesion in the rectum for submucosal invasive carcinoma developed by colorectal LST-G was evaluated.
The proportion of patients with family history of colorectal cancer, lesion diameter, maximum nodule diameter and proportion of patients with site of lesion in the rectum in the submucosal invasive carcinoma group were higher or more than those in the non-occurrence of submucosal invasive carcinoma group (P < 0.001). Multivariate Logistic regression analysis showed that family history of colorectal cancer, lesion diameter≥38.25 mm, maximum nodule diameter≥14.33 mm and site of lesion in the rectum were risk factors for submucosal invasive carcinoma developed by colorectal LST-G (OR=16.994, 95%CI, 1.409 to 198.265, P=0.027; OR=1.308, 95%CI, 1.008 to 1.721, P=0.041; OR=28.654, 95%CI, 4.615 to 187.265, P < 0.001; OR=1.411, 95%CI, 1.015 to 1.819, P=0.033). The AUC of lesion diameter and maximum nodule diameter combined with site of lesion in the rectum in the diagnosis of submucosal invasive carcinoma developed by colorectal LST-G was 0.891 (95%CI, 0.814 to 0.932), the sensitivity was 89.82%, and the specificity was 75.37%, which were significantly better than the diagnostic efficiency of the lesion diameter and maximum nodule diameter separately combined with site of lesion in the rectum(Z=2.678, P=0.007; Z=3.188, P=0.001).
Family history of colorectal cancer, lesion diameter≥38.25 mm, maximum nodule diameter≥14.33 mm, and site of lesion in the rectum are the risk factors of submucosal invasive carcinoma developed by colorectal LST-G. Lesion diameter, maximum nodule diameter combined with site of lesion in the rectum has the best efficacy in diagnosis of submucosal invasive carcinoma developed by colorectal LST-G.
To analyze the operating methods, safety and efficacy of rubber band endoluminal traction assisted by endoscopic mucosal dissection (ESD) in the treatment of colorectal lateral developmental type lesions.
Eighty-five patients with colorectal lateral developmental lesions undergoing ESD treatment admitted to Endoscopy Center of Nantong Cancer Hospital from January 2016 to June 2022 were selected as study objects, and all patients were treated with the elastic band endoluminal traction assisted by ESD technology (marking the lesion, submucosal injection, annular incision, fixation of the lesion by elastic band, complete dissection of the lesion). The complete resection rate, operation time of operation, intraoperative complications, postoperative complications and postoperative recurrence were observed.
The complete resection rate of 85 patients was 100.0%, the operative time was 30 to 110 min, with the median time of 55 min. There was 5 cases had a small amount of bleeding (with mean volume of 20 mL) during the operation, which was stopped by electric coagulation. Postoperative delayed perforation occurred in 1 patient and was improved after conservative treatment. Postoperative pathology of two patient suggested adenocarcinoma with submucosal infiltration greater than 1 000 μm. The peripheral margin was negative, and then additional treatment was given. One patient had postoperative perforation, and was improved after conservative treatment. During follow-up for 3 to 6 months, all patients had good wound healing without local recurrence.
Rubber band endoluminal traction assisted by ESD can provide the operator with a good view of the operation, shorten the operation time and reduce incidence rates of complications in intraoperation and postoperation.
To investigate the expression and clinical significance of absent in melanoma 2 (AIM2) in breast cancer tissues.
A total of 118 pairs of cancer tissues and adjacent tissues from breast cancer patients were selected. Immunohistochemistry was used to detect the expression of AIM2 in cancer tissues and adjacent tissues, the relationships between AIM2 expression in cancer tissues and clinicopathological characteristics were analyzed. Kaplan-Meier survival curve was used to analyze the relationship between AIM2 protein and survival of breast cancer patients; COX regression analysis was used to explore the influencing factors of tumor-free survival and overall survival of breast cancer patients.
The positive rate of AIM2 in breast cancer tissues was lower than that in adjacent tissues, and the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05); the immunohistochemical score of breast cancer tissue was lower than that of adjacent tissue, and the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05); the expression of AIM2 in cancer tissue was correlated with tumor diameter, lymph node metastasis, clinical stage and intravascular tumor thrombus (P < 0.05); Kaplan-Meier analysis showed that patients with low AIM2 expression in breast cancer tissue had shorter overall survival and disease-free survival (χ2=9.072, 6.101; P=0.004, 0.015); COX multivariate regression analysis showed that AIM2 (OR=3.387; 95%CI, 1.033 to 21.440; P=0.047) was an independent influencing factor of tumor-free survival in breast cancer patients.
AIM2 is lowly expressed in breast cancer tissues, and it suggests that the prognosis of breast cancer patients is poor.
To explore the mechanism of long-chain non-coding RNA (LncRNA) MIR22HG to regulate cytotoxic T-lymphocyte protein 4 (CTLA4) through microRNA-9-3p (miR-9-3p) to inhibit prostate cancer.
VCAP, PC3, LNCap and DU145 cells were cultured from Samples of 26 patients with prostate cancer and 26 patients with prostatic hyperplasia. MIR22HG and miR-9-3p mRNA levels in prostate cancer tissue, prostate hyperplasia tissue and 4 types of prostate cancer cells were determined by quantitative real-time polymerase chain reaction (qRT-PCR). The cells with higher expression of MIR22HG and miR-9-3p mRNA were screened. The selected cells were divided into OE-CTLA4 (CTLA4 overexpression group), OE-MIR22HG (MIR22HG overexpression group), miR-9-3p mimic (miR-9-3p overexpression group), OE-MIR22HG+miR-9-3p mimic (MIR22HG and miR-9-3p co-overexpression group), OE-NC+NC mimic (transfection control group) and NC mimic (miR-9-3p overexpression control group). TargetScan database and luciferase reporter gene experiments were used to verify whether MIR22HG and miR-9-3p and miR-9-3p and CTLA4 had targeted inhibition relationships. The mRNA expression of MIR22HG and miR-9-3p and the protein expression of CTLA4 were detected by qRT-PCR and Western blot. A total of 96 nude mice were taken, and they were divided into OE-NC+NC mimic group (transfection control), OE-MIR22HG group (MIR22HG overexpression) and OE-MIR22HG+miR-9-3p mimic group (MIR22HG and miR-9-3p co-overexpression) according to the intervention methods, with 32 mice in each group. The tumors were transplanted in situ and the changes in body mass and volume of the tumors were measured each week for 4 weeks after inoculation.
Among adenocarcinoma cells VCAP, PC3, LNCap and DU145 cells, PC3 cells showed a relatively low MIR22HG mRNA and a relatively high miR-9-3p mRNA, so PC3 cells were selected for the study. The MIR22HG in PC3 cells was successful overexpressed, luciferase reporter gene assay verified the targeted inhibition relationship between MIR22HG and miR-9-3p, and the expression of miR-9-3p in the overexpression of MIR22HG was significantly down-regulated (P < 0.05). TargetScan database predicted the targeting relationship between immune gene CTLA4 and miR-9-3p, luciferase reporter gene assay verified the targeted inhibition relationship between miR-9-3p and CTLA4, and the expression of CTLA4 overexpressing miR-9-3p was significantly up-regulated (P < 0.05). The weight of subcutaneous tumor in nude mice overexpressed MIR22HG was significantly decreased (P < 0.05). The weight and volume of subcutaneous tumors after OE-MIR22HG+miR-9-3p mimic group showed no significant differen compared with those of the OE-NC+NC mimic group (P>0.05).
There is a negative regulatory relationship between MIR22HG and miR-9-3p, and there is a negative regulatory relationship between miR-9-3p and CTLA4. MIR22HG/miR-9-3p may achieve the purpose of immunotherapy for prostate cancer by inhibiting CTLA4.
To observe the application effect of hospital-family integrated continuous nursing based on "internet plus" platform in patients with colorectal colostomy.
A total of 77 patients with colorectal cancer (CRC) undergoing colostomy were selected and divided into observation group (39 cases) and control group (38 cases) according to random number table method. The control group received routine nursing, and the observation group received hospital-family integrated continuous nursing based on the "internet plus" platform. The self-efficacy, bad mood and colostomy adaptability of the two groups were compared before and after the intervention, and the occurrence of colostomy complications in the two groups were statistically analyzed.
Before intervention, the Stoma Self-efficacy Scale (SSES) score, Hamilton Depression Scale (HAMD) score, Hamilton Anxiety Scale (HAMA) score and Ostomy Adaptation Scale (OAI) score of the two groups showed no statistical significant differences (P>0.05). The HAMA and HAMD scores of the two groups were lower than before intervention, and were lower in the observation group than those of the control group (P < 0.05). After intervention, the SSES score and OAI score of two groups were higher than before intervention, and were higher in the observation group than those in the control group (P < 0.05). During intervention, the total incidence of ostomy-related complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (15.38% versus 36.84%, P < 0.05).
Hospital-family integrated continuous nursing based on "internet plus" platform can improve the self-efficacy of patients with CRC colostomy, enhance their adaptability to the stoma, and reduce the occurrence of postoperative complications.
To investigate the perinatal diagnosis and treatment of one pregnant woman in the convalescing period of Coronavirus Disease 2019 (COVID-19). The symptoms, signs, laboratory tests and fetal status of perinatal women were recorded and analyzed before delivery, during delivery and after delivery. The influence and risk factors of COVID-19 pregnant women were explored and the diagnosis and treatment procedures based on personal clinical experience were gradually improved. Prenatal isolation should be strictly performed, body temperature, blood oxygen and other routine indicators should be monitored, left decubitus position should be taken, fetal heart monitoring and maternal nutrition support should be strengthened. In the process of delivery, continuous electrocardiograph monitoring and fetal heart monitoring were given to the parturient; after delivery, the newborn was isolated for observation to reduce the risk of infection and to breastfeed the newborn appropriately. In addition, the vital signs of the mothers were closely monitored to prevent postpartum bleeding, and the psychological state of the mothers was paid attention to.
To observe the application effect of multidisciplinary collaboration model in patients with systemic lupus erythematosus(SLE) during pregnancy.
Sixty patients with SLE in pregnancy were divided into routine nursing group(n=30) and intensive nursing group(n=30) by random number table method. Patients in the routine nursing group were treated with routine nursing, and patients in the intensive nursing group were treated with intensive nursing based on multidisciplinary collaboration model. The psychological status[Self-rating Anxiety Scale (SAS), self-rating Depression Scale (SDS) scores], delivery success rate and recurrence condition of SLE were observed and compared between the two groups.
After nursing, SAS score and SDS score of two groups were lower than before nursing, and SAS score and SDS score of intensive nursing group were lower than the routine nursing group, the differences were statistically significant (P < 0.05). There were no SLE recurrence patients in the two groups, but one patient in each group had abortion, and the other patients delivered normally.
Multidisciplinary collaboration model can significantly reduce depression and anxiety in SLE patients during pregnancy.
To explore application value of cesarean section with preserved fetal membrane sac in premature delivery of twin-pregnant women.
The clinical data of 20 twin-pregnant women who performed cesarean section with preserved fetal membrane sac due to premature delivery in North Jiangsu People's Hospital from 2019 to 2021 were retrospectively analyzed. Another 30 twin-pregnant women who performed conventional lower uterine section for delivery in twin-pregnant women in the same period were selected as control group. The differences of operation time, amniotic fluid volume, intraoperative blood loss, neonatal Apgar score, neonatal birth weight, neonatal asphyxia and other aspects were analyzed. The differences of surgical indicators and pregnancy outcomes between cesarean section with preserved fetal membrane sac and conventional new lower uterine were compared.
The average operation time of the observation group was (37.63±10.85) min, which was significantly shorter than (50.00±10.50) min in the control group(P < 0.05). The intraoperative blood loss in the observation group was (384.21±229.16) mL, which was more than (373.33±163.86) mL in the control group, but no significant difference was observed (P>0.05). The mean creatine kinase level in neonates with completely preserved fetal sac was (247.50±85.19) U/dL, which was lower than (311.35±138.03) U/dL in the control group and the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). There were no significant differences in intraoperative blood loss and neonatal asphyxia between cesarean section with preserved fetal membrane sac and conventional new lower uterine section (P>0.05).
Cesarean section with preserved fetal membrane sac can shorten operation time, improve the outcome of premature twin pregnancy, and may have a positive effect in reducing myocardial injury in premature infants.
To explore the effect of position adjustment combined with pressure irrigation on irrigation effect of laparoscopic ovarian endometriosis cyst removal.
A total of 66 patients undergoing laparoscopic ovarian endometriosis cyst removal surgery under general anesthesia were selected as study objects, and were divided into control group(n=33) and observation group(n=33) by random number table method. The control group was given 1000 mL saline for washing at 30° degree in Trendelenburg position. The observation group was adjusted the surgical position when washing on the basis of the control group, and given pressed washing in whole process. The levels of carbohydrate antigen 125 (CA125) and vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) in peritoneal fluid were detected and compared between the two groups after pneumoperitoneum establishment (before intervention) and after irrigation (after intervention).
Before intervention, the levels of CA125 and VEGF in the peritoneal fluid in the two groups showed no statistically differences (P>0.05). After intervention, the levels of CA125 and VEGF in the peritoneal fluid were lower than intervention before, and were lower in the observation group than those in the control group(P < 0.05). The difference value before and after intervention in CA125 and VEGF levels in the observation group was greater than that of the control group (P < 0.05).
Postural adjustment combined with pressurized irrigation during laparoscopic ovarian endometriosis cyst removal can reduce the levels of CA125 and VEGF in peritoneal fluid, reduce the residue of exfoliated intimal cells in the pelvic cavity, and decrease the probability of diffusion of inner membrane cells.
To analyze the changes of high risk factors of induced abortion women before and after the comprehensively opening of three-child policy.
Clinical information of pregnant women who underwent high-risk induced abortion from January to December 2021 was retrospectively analyzed. According to the opening time of the three-child policy (July 1, 2021 as the boundary), they were divided into before three-child policy group (n=1 441) and after the three-child policy group (n=1 384). The changes of high risk factors in women with induced abortion were compared and analyzed.
There were statistically significant differences between the two groups in education background, marital status, vaginal delivery history, cesarean section history, multiple abortion history and missed abortion history, postoperative contraceptive methods and unwanted pregnancy (P < 0.05). There was statistical significance between the two groups in the combination of two high risk factors and below (P < 0.05).
With the opening of the three-child policy, women's willingness to give birth gradually increased, and the overall abortion rate is decreased, which is conducive to the protection of female reproductive health.
To explore the risk factors of hypoglycemia in high risk neonates in department of obstetrics.
The clinical data of 1 159 high-risk neonates with hypoglycemia were analyzed retrospectively in the department of obstetrics in Jiangsu Provincial People's Hospital. The independent risk factors of neonatal hypoglycemia were analyzed by Logistic regression.
There were 203 cases (17.52%) of hypoglycemia after 0.5 h of birth; at 1.0 h after birth, hypoglycemia occurred in 146 cases (12.60%); at 4.0 h after birth, 53 cases (4.57%) developed hypoglycemia; at 7.0 h after birth, hypoglycemia occurred in 3 cases (0.26%); at 24.0 h after birth, hypoglycemia occurred in 1 case (0.09%). Logistic regression analysis indicated that cesarean section and low body weight infants were independent risk factors for neonatal hypoglycemia (OR=4.805, 0.231; P < 0.05).
The occurrence of neonatal hypoglycemia is mainly concentrated at 0.5 to 1.0 h after birth. Cesarean section and low body weight infants are independent risk factors for inducing neonatal hypoglycemia in department of obstetrics.
To analyze the role of with high-risk pregnancy risk warning evaluation management model for high risk pregnant women.
A total of 90 high-risk pregnant women were randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 45 cases in each group. The control group was conducted with conventional management mode, and the observation group was conducted with early warning evaluation management mode for pregnancy risk. The nursing effect was compared between the two groups.
The coincidence rate of assessment for high-risk degree and the successful delivery rate in the observation group were 91.11% and 84.44% respectively, which were significantly higher than 73.33% and 64.44% of the control group (P < 0.05). The total satisfaction rate of nursing in the observation group was 86.67% (39/45), which was significantly higher than 66.67% (30/45) in the control group (P < 0.05).
For the intervention of high-risk pregnant women, the application of risk warning evaluation management model for pregnancy can effectively improve the maternal and infant outcomes.
To investigate the effects of dietary behavior intervention on the expressions of serum α-synuclein (α-SYN), brain-derived neurotrophic factor (BDNF) and glutamate (Glu) in children with autism spectrum disorders (ASD).
A total of 88 children with ASD were randomly divided into observation group (n=44) and control group (n=44). The control group was conducted with behavior analysis, and the observation group was conducted with dietary behavior intervention on the basis of the control group. The related indexes were compared between the two groups.
After the intervention, the scores of role function, physiological function, emotional function and social function of children in both groups were significantly higher than those before the intervention, and the score of quality of life in the observation group was significantly higher than those in the control group (P < 0.05). After intervention, the BDNF level of children increased significantly while the Glu level decreased significantly in both groups, the BDNF level in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group, and the Glu level was significantly lower than that in the control group (P < 0.05). After intervention, the intake rates of cereals, vegetables, beans and bean products, eggs and egg products, dairy and dairy products, fish, meat and fruits in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group (P < 0.05). The total incidence rate of gastrointestinal adverse symptoms was 4.55% in the observation group, which was significantly lower than 22.73% in the control group (P < 0.05).
Dietary behavior intervention can significantly increase the level of BDNF in children with ASD, reduce the level of Glu, improve autism behavior, quality of life and food intake, and alleviate gastrointestinal discomfort.
To explore the effect of mindfulness training on sleep quality and psychological state of perimenopausal patients with insomnia in the outpatient department.
A total of 72 perimenopausal patients who visited the outpatient department for the first time and were diagnosed as insomnia were selected as the research objects, and were divided into study group (36 patients) and control group (36 patients). The control group was treated with traditional medicine and routine health education, while the study group was treated with mindfulness training to improve their sleep quality and psychological state. Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index Scale (PSQI) was used to evaluate the patients' sleep quality, Hamilton Anxiety Scale (HAMA) to evaluate the patients' anxiety degree, and Hamilton Depression Scale (HAMD) to evaluate the depression status. After 8 weeks, the improvement of sleep quality and mood state was evaluated.
After intervention, the PSQI score of the study group was lower than that of the control group (P < 0.05). After intervention, HAMA score and HAMD score of the study group were lower than those of the control group (P < 0.05). Sleep quality was correlated with anxiety and depression (P < 0.01).
Mindfulness training can improve the sleep quality of perimenopausal women with insomnia, relieve the degree of depression and anxiety, and has the same effect as drug treatment.
To observe the effect of repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation (rTMS) combined with amisulpride in the treatment of schizophrenia and its influence on cognitive function.
A total of 100 schizophrenia patients were enrolled as study objects, and they were randomly divided into study group and control group, with 50 patients in each group. The control group was treated with amsulpiride, and the study group was treated with amsulpiride combined with rTMS. The clinical symptom score, therapeutic effect and cognitive function score of the two groups were compared.
Before treatment, there was no significant difference in clinical symptom score between the two groups (P>0.05). After treatment, the general psychopathological score, positive symptom score, and negative symptom score of the study group were(30.13±1.23), (12.31±2.01), (17.91±4.15), which were lower than (33.17±2.15), (14.31±1.33), (20.31±3.17), respectively in the control group (P < 0.05). The total effective rate of the study group was 96.00% (48/50), which was higher than 68.00% (34/50) of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). Before treatment, there was no significant difference in cognitive function score between the two groups (P>0.05). After treatment, the item scores of all dimensions of cognitive function and total score in the study group were higher than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P < 0.05 or P < 0.01).
In the treatment of schizophrenia patients, rTMS combined with amisulpride can improve cognitive function and therapeutic effect, and relieve mental symptoms compared with amisulpride treatment alone.
To analyze the iodine nutritional status of residents from 2005 to 2021 in Wujiang District of Suzhou City of Jiangsu Province.
Wujiang District of Suzhou City was divided into five areaseast, west, south, north and middle areas, and a certain number of households, pregnant women and children aged 8 to 10 in the areas were randomly selected every year. Salt samples of households and the random urine samples of pregnant women and children were collected, thyroid volume of children was monitored by B-ultrasound, and the median salt iodine and urine iodine were calculated.
From 2005 to 2021, the average consumption rate of qualified iodized salt was 95.59%(4 795/5 016), the average qualified rate of iodized salt was 97.46%(4 795/4 920), the average non-iodized salt rate was 1.91%(96/5 016), and the median salt iodine was 27.91 mg/kg. After the implementation of the new standard for iodized salt, the median salt iodine was significantly decreased (P < 0.01). The rate of thyroid enlargement in children was 0.93%, and the median urinary iodine was 204.10 μg/L; after reducing iodine concentration in salt, the median urinary iodine in children was significantly decreased (P < 0.05), and the ratio of children with urinary iodine concentration≥300 μg/L was significantly decreased as well (P < 0.01). The median urinary iodine of pregnant women from 2005 to 2021 was 154.96 μg/L, and the ratio of those with urinary iodine concentration < 150 μg/L was 54.42%.
From 2005 to 2021, the popularity rate of iodized salt in Wujiang District of Suzhou City is high, and the iodine nutrition of pregnant women and children is at an appropriate level. After reducing iodine concentration in salt, the risk of iodine excess in children is reduced, but some pregnant women are still at iodine deficiency level, so we suggest accelerating the policy of classified iodized salt for pregnant women to ensure the physiological needs of iodized salt during pregnancy.
To investigate the role of macrophage extracellular traps (METs) on fibroblast-like synoviocytes (FLSs) and related mechanisms.
A human acute monocytic leukemia cell (THP-1) line was used to induce macrophages in vitro, and lipopolysaccharide (LPS) and interferon γ(IFN-γ) were used to induce METs; Sytox was used to mark the level of leaked DNA; Western blot and immunofluorescence were used to detect NE and MPO in METs. After purification of METs protein components, human FLSs cell lines were divided into control group, METs group, C29 group, IAXO-102 group and C29+IAXO-102 combined intervention group. Except for the control group, purified METs protein components were added to FLSs medium in the other groups. Toll-like receptor (TLR) 2 inhibitor C29 was added to the C29 group, TLR4 inhibitor IAXO-102 was added to the IAXO-102 group, and C29 and IAXO-102 were added to the C29+IAXO-102 combined intervention group. After 24 h, the viability, migration and invasion ability of FLSs cells were detected. The levels of interleukin-6 (IL-6), matrix metalloproteinase 1 (MMP-1), matrix metalloproteinase 3 (MMP-3) and matrix metalloproteinase 13 (MMP-13) in the culture supernatant were determined by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA).
LPS induced METs ability was significantly stronger than IFN-γ (P < 0.05). METs protein significantly enhanced FLSs cell viability, synovial cell migration and invasion ability (P < 0.05); compared with the control group, IL-6, MMP-1, MMP-3 and MMP-13 in the supernatant of METs protein treatment group were significantly increased (P < 0.05). C29 or IAXO-102 alone or their combination could significantly reduce the viability, migration and invasion ability of synovial cells (P < 0.05); compared with METs group, the levels of IL-6, MMP-1, MMP-3 and MMP-13 in the combined intervention group were significantly decreased (P < 0.05), and the inhibitory effect of IAXO-102 was significantly stronger than that of C29 (P < 0.05).
METs proteins as damage-related model molecules are mainly involved in RA pathogenesis by activating TLR4 to further activate FLSs.
To observe the clinical efficacy of acupuncture and medicine combined with core stability training in the treatment of patients with nonspecific low back pain.
A total of 106 patients with nonspecific low back pain were selected as study subjects, and they were randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 53 cases in each group. The control group was treated with core stability training, while the observation group was given acupuncture and medicine combined with core stability training, and both groups were continuously treated for 4 weeks. Oswestry Disability Index (ODI), Visual Analogue Scale (VAS) score and multifidus surface electromyography indicators [average electromyography (AEMG), root mean square (RMS), median frequency (MF), mean power frequency (MPF)] before and after treatment, assessment of lumbar muscle endurance, lumbar range of motion, clinical efficacy and adverse reactions during treatment were compared between the two groups.
After treatment, the scores of ODI and VAS were (22.56±2.63) and (2.29±0.28) in the observation group, which were lower than (29.11±3.14) and (2.85±0.26) in the control group(P < 0.05). The scores of ODI and VAS of two groups were lower than those before treatment(P < 0.05). AEMG and RMS in two groups were higher than those before treatment (P < 0.05). After treatment, the AEMG and RMS of multifidus were (530.87±36.81) μV and (256.27±17.16) μV in the control group, which were lower than (579.92±40.36) μV and (279.91±21.35) μV in the observation group(P < 0.05). After treatment, MF and MPF of the observation group were (184.89±12.15) Hz and (179.84±13.67) Hz, respectively, which were lower than (218.35±13.42) and (207.41±13.38) Hz in the control group, and MF and MPF of the two groups were lower than those after treatment, the static holding time and dynamic completion frequency of lumbar muscle endurance test in both groups were lengthened or increased, and were longer or higher in the observation group than those in the control group (P < 0.05). After treatment, the ranges of motions of forward flexion, rear protraction, left-right flexion and left-right rotation of lumbar in two groups were larger than before treatment, and the above ranges of motions were higher in the observation group than those in the control group (P < 0.05). After treatment, the total clinical effective rate was 88.68% in the observation group, which was higher than 71.70% in the control group (P < 0.05). No obvious adverse reactions occurred in the two groups during treatment.
Acupuncture and medicine combined with core stability training can reduce the pain score of patients with nonspecific low back pain, improve the lumbar nerve function and muscle function, and enhance the lumbar range of motion, and has higher integral security.
Umbilical cord mesenchymal stem cells are multidirectional stem cells from the umbilical cord that can inhibit tumor development through exosomes. Exosomes secreted by umbilical cord mesenchymal stem cells play an anti-tumor role by participating in immune response, inhibiting tumor cell proliferation, reducing angiogenesis and improving drug sensitivity. However, there are few studies on the application of exosomes secreted by umbilical cord mesenchymal stem cells in tumor therapy. The paper reviewed the mechanism of action and application prospect of these drugs in tumor therapy.
With the development of modern society, the incidence of polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS) is increasing. Dietary pattern management, as an effective intervention method and clinical nutritional adjuvant therapy for PCOS, has been paid more and more attention. At present, healthy diet adjuvant therapy on PCOS is widely used in clinical practice, and has achieved positive results. This paper summarized the research progress of ketogenic diet (KD), dietary approaches to Stop Hypertension (DASH) and mediterranean diet (MD) in the clinical application of PCOS in order to provide reference for the development of clinical nutritional adjuvant therapy for PCOS.
Drug-loaded nanoparticles have been used in the process of diagnosis and treatment of diseases, but they lack targeting specificity, most of the drugs they carried cannot reach the target organs after entering the human body and are easily recognized and swallowed by the macrophage system during delivery, making it difficult to acquire satisfactory therapeutic outcomes. Natural cell membrane-coated nanoparticles inherit the specific biological activity of source cells, characterized by low immunogenicity, long half-life, low toxicity, and congenital targeting specificity, which make up for the shortcomings of non-membrane-coated nanoparticles. The drug delivery strategy based on the cell membrane is breaking the traditional concept and becoming a promising way of drug delivery. Cell membrane-coated nanoparticles, including the typically utilized source cell membranes, the process of preparation and characterization, and their application in inflammatory diseases and tumors, were reviewed in this paper.
E4 promoter-binding protein 4 (E4BP4) is a transcription factor containing alkaline leucine zips, which is highly expressed in breast cancer, lung cancer, thyroid cancer, colorectal cancer and other malignant tumors, and is involved in the occurrence, development, metastasis and invasion of tumors. However, there are few reviews on E4BP4 in tumor research. In this paper, relevant literature was searched and summarized, and the role of E4BP4 in the occurrence and development of different tumors was summarized, so as to provide theoretical support for further study of the mechanism of action of E4BP4 in tumors and exploration of therapeutic targets based on E4BP4 molecules.
sMedical nutrition therapy (MNT) is the basic therapy for gestational diabetes mellitus (GDM), and the common nutrition therapy patterns include low carbohydrate diet pattern, low glycemic index diet pattern, low glycemic load diet pattern, and the mediterranean diet pattern, but the most suitable dietary pattern for GDM patients is still controversial. This paper discussed the characteristics of different dietary patterns and their applications in GDM in order to provide reference for the nutritional treatment of GDM.
The skin, as the first line of defense in the human body, is often damaged by physical, mechanical, biological, chemical and other factors. The skin wound healing is a complex process, including the regeneration of various tissues, proliferation of granulation tissues and formation of scar tissues, and all the processes show synergism with each other. Angiopoietin-like protein 4 (ANGPTL4) is a multifunctional cytokine that is widely expressed in various human tissues. In the process of wound healing, ANGPTL4 not only affects the process of inflammatory response, but also promotes the migration and differentiation of keratinocytes, the proliferation of endothelial cells and the reduction of the expression of scar-related collagen. Therefore, ANGPTL4 plays an important role in the inflammatory and proliferative phases of skin healing. This paper summarizes the function and mechanism of ANGPTL4 in skin wound healing.
Ovarian hyperstimulation syndrome (OHSS) is a serious complication in the process of ovulation induction, which may endanger the lives of patients. This paper discusses the care needs of OHSS patients in four aspects of physiology, emotion and psychology, social support and information during outpatient and inpatient treatments, analyzes three nursing management methods based on medical care, family support and peer support, points out the problems and development direction of each method, and hopes to provide reference information and ideas for nursing practice and scientific researches.
With the increase of the number of patients with placenta previa and placenta accreta, the incidence of adverse pregnancy outcomes increases, and the severe postpartum hemorrhage and hysterectomy will endanger the patient's life. Pelvic devascularization and lower segment cervical suture are the two major surgical hemostasis methods in cesarean section, the former includes intravascular interventional therapy and tourniquet binding, while the latter includes various ways, but both are in the stage of clinical exploration. Based on the clinical experience of scholars at home and abroad, this paper discusses the above methods in order to provide reference for clinicians to choose different surgical methods.
